A Legacy Forged in the Ridges.
The Chickaree Ridge Runners were born in 1974 when a small group of winter sports enthusiasts—led by visionaries like Dillion Martin and Dennis Devlin Sr.— met at D. Martin Sales, a local hardware store, located in Mundy’s Corner, PA. Recognizing that their passion for snowmobiling could serve a greater purpose, they formed the club as a way to combine racing with community-driven emergency response. Over the decades, this founding mission has transformed into a formal network of safety and support. What began as a local hobby for some friends has become a vital non-profit organization, dedicated to maintaining our trails and ensuring that no rider or neighbor in Jackson Twp is ever left behind in the snow.

We hosted our initial high-speed races on the mountain, testing the endurance of both motor and local rider spirit.
2005: Permanent Grounds Acquisition
The purchase of our own land enabled the creation of state-of-the-art tracks and expanded public outreach operations.
