OUR STORY
Founded in the 1970s amidst the rugged mountains of Cambria County, Chickaree Ridge Runners began as a dedicated collective of snowmobile enthusiasts. What started as shared trails and weekend races quickly transformed into a community-centric mission rooted in Jackson Township.
Over the decades, our club evolved from a recreational group into a vital support hub for local first responders. By maintaining high-performance racing venues and mobilizing skilled riders, we generate the resources and expertise necessary to assist emergency services during the most severe winter crises across Pennsylvania.

COMMUNITY
IMPACT
Beyond the roar of the engines lies a commitment to Jackson Township. Chickaree Ridge Runners serves as a vital winter lifeline, mobilizing our specialized sled fleet to clear paths for emergency responders when the snow makes standard roads impassable. Through community races, our signature Poker Run, and strategic local partnerships, we convert high-octane passion into essential resources for Cambria County families and first responder organizations.
